Immediately After Your Treatment

  • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and stay hydrated.
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 24 hours, as they can dehydrate you and interfere with your body’s natural balance.
  • Rest and relax – give yourself time to enjoy the sense of calm and allow your body to fully absorb the treatment.
  • Eat light, nourishing food if you’re hungry, and avoid heavy or processed meals.

You May Experience…

These are normal signs that your body is processing and rebalancing:

  • Feeling deeply relaxed or sleepy
  • Emotional release (tearfulness, feeling reflective)
  • Increased energy or vivid dreams
  • Needing to go to the toilet more often

These effects are temporary and usually pass within 24–48 hours.

What to Avoid

  • Vigorous exercise or strenuous activity for the rest of the day
  • Long periods of screen time or anything overly stimulating
  • Alcohol, recreational drugs, or anything that may dull your body’s healing response
