Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Parking & Accessibility
Free parking available on drive or in layby opposite, or in Upton Crescent.
I am currently not wheelchair accessible, however I am happy if you have impaired mobility to do home visits.
Please consider that to access the treatment room, I do have two flights of stairs.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full treatment cost will be charged.
This policy allows me to offer appointments to other clients and keep the business running smoothly. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
